Privacy: Traffic Ninjas in Claude and ChatGPT

This page covers what happens to your information when you connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Traffic Ninjas account. It adds to our main Privacy Policy, which covers everything else. “We” means Bright Cherry Pty Limited (ACN 620 801 934), trading as Traffic Ninjas.

What we receive

• When you sign in: your name, email, and which Traffic Ninjas account and tools you have.
• When you use one of our tools: only what your AI app sends to that tool, such as your question. We can't see your chats.

How we use it

To run your account, answer your requests, keep the service working and secure, and improve our tools. We keep it only as long as we need it for those purposes, and no longer than 1 year after you stop being a client.

We record which tools are used, but not your questions or the answers. If you're in our closed beta and agreed to it, we also keep a copy of your questions and answers to improve our tools.

We use trusted AI service providers to produce answers. We don't use your information to train AI models, we don't let our providers use it for their own purposes, and we never sell it.

Your AI app

What Claude or ChatGPT does with your conversation is covered by your agreement with Anthropic or OpenAI, not by this page.

Your choices

• You can disconnect Traffic Ninjas at any time in your AI app's settings.
• To see, correct or delete your information, contact us at thetrafficninjas.com/contact.

Please don't share passwords, card numbers or your customers' personal details through your AI app. Our tools don't need them.
